Another chill night

Wickham St & Brookes St, Fortitude Valley QLD
This concept mainly revolves around bar-themed elements as the area is surrounded by heaps of bars and club streets nearby. The main elements are bottles and the bar counter and native Australian animals come to relax and enjoy the space. I made all the animals darker as silhouettes so the backlit bottle shelves can stand out more and feel more glowing. I also added bubble-like lights to make the scene feel more lively and visually rich. At the same time, I incorporated a character designed by Lily, an Ibis worker wearing a traffic cone on its head, to create a stronger connection within our artworks. I believe that by adding the same character in multiple artworks can give the impression of the character has left traces of its life throughout the city, which creates more sense of exploration and enjoyment while walking in the city.
