Wander and Wonder on The Brook

Webster Rd & Billabong St & Wolverhampton St , Stafford QLD
This artwork is inspired by my daughter’s love of walks along the Kedron Brook to catch butterflies and admiring sunset and storms across the Brisbane skies. Kedron Brook bike-path is shared and enjoyed by many people across neighbouring suburbs of Brisbane, and the vibrant sunsets and fierce storms in the Brisbane summer skies elicit awe for their beauty and power. As you are driving, walking or riding past, we hope our artwork reminds you to tap into that feeling of wonder, appreciation for and connection with the natural world that lies just beyond the buildings.
