Sing, Dance and be happy

My family and I are all very musical. We all play musical instruments and sing and my mum is a Music Therapist. I think music makes people very happy. I want to create an artwork that shows the community the positive joy that music can give people.

TO BE ELIGIBLE

You must be a resident of Brisbane ie. living within the Brisbane City Council area.
You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
