Roll with it

Kingsford Smith Dr & Cooksley St, Hamilton QLD
The design concept is inspired by my love for roller skating. Brisbane is home to a really wonderful roller skating community, through which I have made many friends and meaningful social connections. Kingsford Smith Drive is a popular skate spot among Brisbane skaters making this the perfect location to pay homage to the sport and the skaters alike. I think the phrase “roll with it” really fits the carefree and easy going nature of roller skating as well as being a positive message to all non- skaters who might read it.

You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
