Arcade

Vulture St & Leopard St, Woolloongabba QLD
I chose this piece as it aligns with my style and subject matter. As a kid I would love going to the arcade with my dad and spending hours playing arcade games and drinking soda and being on such a high. As we go through the years and life gets busier and faster, I think sometimes we forget what’s really important. This piece aims to transport you back to a time when life was more slow paced. We cherish the little moments and hold those close to our heart. Brisbane is definitely one of those places where these moments occurred and still is. Pincadia is an arcade diner in Woolloongabba from the 80’s that is still around today.
