Running the town when the sun goes down … I see possums running up and down Albert St from the parklands whenever I walk home at night. I also see a lot of youths jumping around buildings. I liked the idea of the juxtaposition of the 2.

You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
