‘Connect’ displays alien-like figures in love. The circular swirl implies that everything is connection and connection is love. Essentially as humans we all need connection to survive and grow. The bright colour scheme and blue background reflect Brisbane’s bright blue sky and the radiance of a good community.

You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
