Bloomin’

Ipswich Rd & Venner Rd & Waterton St, Annerley QLD
My artwork features the flower of the native Golden Penda tree which is prominent within the Annerley suburb and surrounding areas. When it blooms, it features a distinctive yellow, and attracts multitudes of Rainbow Lorikeets along suburban streets. I love seeing them as I walk around my home and wanted to share them with those driving and the many pedestrians walking by. It brings the calm and beauty of nature to the fore of the often busy and noisy Ipswich Rd.
