Shahni Bidwell

Montague Road & Vulture Street, West End QLD
I decided to start in a Mr. Squiggle-esque way, with a bird’s eye shape of the river around West End, and go from there. Some words I would love to relate to this piece are: flow, nature, busy-ness, chill, cycles, moon, sun, night, day, jacaranda, colour, flavour, doorways, opportunity, art, music, difference, parks, tree, cliffs, houses, building, streets, lights, expansion, water. I hope individuals in the area will find different things they relate to in the artwork over time, in different periods in their own personal cycles. Maybe one day, peace under the trees, and another the smashing together of opportunity and fun living in West End and so close to the city.
