Based on the location of the box (outside a hospital) I thought I would incorporate elements of the human body. The image represents a city/landscape where the city, roads, subway, lakes etc are parts of the human digestive/circulatory systems

You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
