My Secret Garden

Dowding Street & Greenview Street, Oxley QLD
The box is situated in a quiet suburb, despite a new industrial site directly opposite. The Oxley Nursery is only a few metres away and is described as Brisbane’s best kept secret! My inspiration came from the reviews of the nursery and interviews with local residents. My hope for this design aims to bring some colours to this quiet corner and brighten up the street.

You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
