I remember staring at those traffic signal boxes as a child, longing to paint one myself. Now I have the chance—and it’s about more than just fun. I want to share my love of art with the community and spark feelings of hope and optimism in everyone who passes by.
Joining the Brisbane Common Ground Art Group reignited my passion for creativity and restored my optimism. It’s given me a supportive community of fellow artists and opportunities to showcase my work—reminding me that art can transform spaces and uplift people’s spirit.
