Haelee and Rocky

The inspiration for this creation came from a movie I previously watched about a girl who wanted to go to the moon – Haelee wishes to be an astronaut when she grows up. Rocky, on the other hand is an alien with a nice hair cut. All main characters have side kicks right?

You must be a resident of Brisbane ie. living within the Brisbane City Council area.
You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
