Darra On Track 2032

Harcourt Road & Kiln Street & Railway Parade, Darra QLD
Darra is a transportation spot. It’s where Ipswich Road meets Centenary Highway and the Springfield line veers off from the Ipswich line. The front panel shows Brisbane city. On the back panel is Brisbane and Bremer Rivers winding through Ipswich. I have painted the Brisbane side of the river blue. The back panel also features Cunningham’s Gap. The side panel leads to Springfield. I drew a lion’s face because Brisbane Lions relocated out here. The other panel are my favourite sports stadiums on the Ipswich line.
