









Everyday objects and symbols drift through painterly clouds, capturing the light hearted feeling and imaginative curiosity of South Bank and the Cultural Precinct.
A dinosaur, books, a bicycle, a coffee cup, a paintbrush, a classical bust, and more appear and dissolve like daydreams, reflecting both local culture and universal themes. Each element nods to South Brisbane’s creative and cultural life from galleries and libraries to daily rituals and community energy.
A hidden message on the back of the box reads “Look Up. The Sky is full of ideas. Make yours exist.”

You must be a resident of Brisbane ie. living within the Brisbane City Council area.
You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
