Bugging me

Stapylton Rd & Wadeville St, Heathwood QLD
The surrounding area (the soundproofing walls) features images of Australia’s native fauna but does not include the thousands of insects that reside in our country. I’ve chosen to include these in my art, along with Australia’s much-loved gum leaves. I’ve also referenced the beautiful view of Brisbane city from this suburb, silhouetted along the bottom of the box.
