Brisbane Birdsong

Gladstone Rd & Denbigh St & TJ Doyle Memorial Dr, Dutton Park QLD
‘Brisbane Birdsong’ features curlews and magpies frolicking among native violets, with golden wattles dangling overhead. The design is inspired by, and proudly celebrates, the beauty of our local wildlife and nature in the Dutton Park area. When pedestrians and commuters pass this traffic signal box, we hope the artwork encourages them to observe the animals and plants in their local spaces, and listen out for the wondrous sounds of Brisbane birdsong.
