Belly of Brisbane River

Lytton Rd & Kulpurum St, East Brisbane QLD
This traffic signal box is close to the river. So I wanted to use that element as I love the water, especially any wildlife underwater. I wanted to make people think of what might be there living in the Brisbane River but also let my own imagination run wild a little bit!

You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
