West End is bursting with rich cultural diversity, drawing in an eclectic mix of people from all walks of life. It tells a story of inclusiveness – no matter who you are, there is room for everyone to belong. The artwork is a reminder to practice kindness, understanding and show respect to those we find around us in our own lives, regardless of our differences.

You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
