Why don’t you laugh along?

This artwork is inspired by the iconic laughing kookaburras that flap around Brisbane. It reminds the community that not everything has to be serious, and sometimes you just gotta laugh along with the kookaburras! Since the artwork is placed on the Waterworks Road and Greenlanes Road intersection, I decided to incorporate water and greenery into the design, with a creek and gum trees. Hopefully this design will encourage the community to set aside their worries for a while and just laugh like no one’s watching!
