Commuters

Adelaide St pedestrian crossing & between Edward & Albert Sts, Brisbane City QLD
The traffic box design entitled “Commuters” features local animals such as a bush stone-curlew and a green tree frog amongst other animals. I wanted to reflect the diverse, energetic and bustling nature of Brisbane city through this design. The background was drawn from the facade of Sugar ‘n’ Spice Cafe, a classic Brisbane city cafe opened in 1998.
