This artwork gives a voice to people with profound disabilities. Daelle has profound complex disabilities. She is non-verbal and has limited use of her body. She can still communicate and take up space through artmaking using her wheelchair. The messages included within the artwork design are from Daelle’s family. Many disability support workers also contributed ideas in the development of the design.

You must be a resident of Brisbane ie. living within the Brisbane City Council area.
You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
