Lutwyche Rd & Newmarket Rd, Windsor QLD
Newmarket is a pretty leafy suburb. I wanted to create a play on words – the suburb name and the new life that florals and plants signify, and to remind passer-bys that each day is a new beginning, a chance to begin again.

You must not be an employee of Brisbane City Council.
You must not have painted more than two traffic signal boxes in a four year period and not in consecutive years.
